Before Saint Kaliya
Before Saint Kaliya, I spent several years working in forensic mental health nursing before moving into a Clinical Nurse Educator role.
Working in forensic mental health meant caring for people during some of the most challenging periods of their lives. It required patience, clinical judgement and the ability to build trust with people whose experiences often made trust difficult to give. Those conversations taught me that meaningful care starts long before any treatment or intervention. It starts with listening.
One of the biggest lessons nursing taught me is that every person has their own story. Their own experiences, concerns and reasons for seeking care. Creating a space where people feel comfortable enough to share those things is one of the most important parts of being a nurse.
Whether I was caring for patients, supporting families or mentoring other nurses, I learnt that trust isn't something you ask for. It's something you build by listening, communicating honestly and taking the time to understand the person in front of you.
Those lessons continue to shape the way I practise today. Long before any treatment is discussed, my focus is on understanding who you are, what matters to you and how I can best support you.
Why I chose aesthetics
I never set out to leave nursing. In many ways, aesthetics has allowed me to continue practising the parts of nursing I enjoy most: building relationships, educating people and helping them make informed decisions about their care.
When I completed my aesthetics training, I made the decision to build Saint Kaliya from the very beginning. I wanted the autonomy to practise in a way that felt true to me, without compromising on the time I spent with each client or the way I approached their care.
I wanted consultations to feel unhurried. I wanted people to feel comfortable asking questions, taking their time and leaving with a genuine understanding of their options. Education has always been one of the most rewarding parts of nursing for me, and I wanted that to remain at the heart of every consultation.
Most importantly, I wanted to build genuine, long term relationships with the people who trusted me with their care.
Starting Saint Kaliya gave me the opportunity to create the experience I had always envisioned. From the way consultations are conducted to the services I offer, every decision is guided by the kind of care I would want for myself or someone I love.
My role isn't to convince someone to have a treatment. It's to listen, educate and help them understand their options so that any decision they make feels informed and right for them.
How I work
Every consultation starts with a conversation.
Before we discuss treatments, I want to understand what has brought you in, what your concerns are and what you're hoping to achieve. Sometimes that confirms the treatment you were considering. Other times, it leads us in a completely different direction.
There are also times when I recommend waiting, considering a different approach or deciding that treatment isn't the right choice at all. Those conversations are never difficult for me, because my priority has always been helping people make the decision that's right for them.
When I talk about Naturally, you, I'm talking about subtle restoration rather than dramatic change. It's about respecting your natural anatomy, preserving the features that make you recognisable and taking a considered approach to your care. Every recommendation is made with the intention of supporting your individual goals while respecting what already makes you, you.

Outside the Clinic
Outside the clinic, I'm happiest spending time with my husband and our two boys. Family is at the centre of my life, and like many of my clients, I'm balancing work, business and the beautiful chaos that comes with raising young children.
I love travelling, discovering great coffee, and finding simple ways to support my own health and wellbeing. Whether it's moving my body, looking after my skin or making time for the things that help me feel grounded, I believe the little things we do consistently often make the biggest difference.
Those experiences have shaped the way I practise. I understand that life is busy, which is why I believe your care should feel achievable, personalised and fit naturally into your lifestyle.
Thank you for taking the time to get to know me.
I hope this page has given you a better understanding of who I am, how I practise and what matters to me.
