Do I need a consultation before booking a treatment?
Yes. Every new client begins with a personalised consultation. We'll take the time to understand your goals, assess suitability and discuss the options that are right for you before any treatment plan is agreed.
Are your treatments suitable for everyone?
Not always. Every person is different, which is why suitability is assessed during your consultation. If something isn't the right fit for you, we'll explain why and discuss alternative options where appropriate.
What results can I expect?
Results vary from person to person and depend on factors such as your concerns, skin, facial features and the treatment selected. We'll always discuss realistic expectations during your consultation and recommend a plan based on what is appropriate for you.
Where are you located?
Until Wednesday 19 August 2026, Saint Kaliya is located at 16 Balcombe Road, Mentone. From Thursday 20 August, you will find us at Skinphoria Skin-Wellness Hub, 230 Bank Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205. Bookings for South Melbourne are open now, and all appointments remain by appointment only.
How do I book?

Do I need to know what treatment I want?
Not at all. Many clients come to Saint Kaliya knowing how they'd like to feel, rather than exactly what treatment they need. We'll guide you through the options and help you decide what, if anything, is appropriate for you.
I'm new to aesthetic treatments. Where should I start?
A consultation is the best place to start. There's no expectation to proceed with treatment on the day. Our role is to provide honest guidance so you can make an informed decision at your own pace.
Do you only offer one type of treatment?
No. Saint Kaliya offers Medical Aesthetics, Skin Rejuvenation, Hair Restoration, Wellness Support and Professional Skincare. Recommendations are always tailored to your individual needs following a personalised consultation. Ongoing Care ensures your treatment plan can evolve over time as your goals and needs change.
What happens during my first appointment?
Your first appointment is designed to help you feel informed and comfortable. We'll discuss your goals, medical history and lifestyle, complete a thorough assessment where appropriate, and guide you through the options available to you. If treatment is appropriate and you're happy to proceed, it can often be performed during the same appointment.
Do you offer payment plans?
No. Payment is required on the day of your appointment. If you're unsure where to begin, we'll work with you to prioritise treatments and create a plan that suits both your goals and your budget.
Will you tell me if you don't think I need treatment?
Yes. Honest guidance is at the heart of Saint Kaliya. If we don't believe a treatment is appropriate, or we think you'd achieve a better outcome another way, we'll tell you. Our priority is helping you make informed decisions, not recommending treatments you don't need.
