Privacy Policy

Saint Kaliya ("we", "us") operates saintkaliya.com.au and a clinic at 16 Balcombe Road, Mentone VIC 3194. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we handle it, and how you can contact us about it. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

If you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the information you choose to give us:

• your name
• your mobile number
• your email address, if you provide it (it's optional)
• the content of your enquiry message

All of this is submitted voluntarily by you. We don't collect any of it unless you send the form.

How your enquiry is handled

Enquiry form submissions are sent as an email to our clinic inbox (info@saintkaliya.com.au). They are not stored in a database or customer-relationship-management system — the email is the only copy we hold.

What we use it for

We use your enquiry details for one purpose: responding to your enquiry, by phone or — if you gave us your email address and prefer it — by email. We don't add you to marketing lists, and we don't use enquiry details for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails stay in our inbox for as long as we need them to respond to you and handle any follow-up, after which they can be deleted. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time (see below).

Whether we share it

We don't sell or share your enquiry details with third parties. The only third party that touches an enquiry is our email delivery provider, which transmits the form submission to our inbox.

Website analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (property G-CYNVR5NE82) to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, general usage patterns and interactions such as clicking a phone number or submitting an enquiry. The homepage also carries a Metricool analytics tag, which collects similar general usage data. These tools do not receive the contents of your enquiry.

The booking page and third parties

Online bookings are handled by Timely, a third-party booking provider, embedded on our booking page. Timely's embedded booking page loads scripts from Facebook (connect.facebook.net), New Relic, Google Fonts and Google Analytics. The Facebook script discloses your IP address and browser user-agent to Meta when the booking page loads; however, no Facebook pixel is configured and no Facebook tracking events fire. Saint Kaliya does not operate a Meta pixel. Information you enter into the booking widget itself is handled by Timely under Timely's privacy policy.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections. Access to the clinic inbox is limited to Saint Kaliya staff.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Because enquiries exist only as emails in our inbox, deletion is straightforward — email or call us and we'll confirm once it's done.
